Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients we will file insurance claims. We will provide all appropriate documentation, and x-rays.

Confirmations
We will attempt to confirm all appointments by phone twenty four hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Please let us know the best number to reach you.


Cancellations
Please notify us as soon as possible should you need to cancel a scheduled appointment. We ask that you please give us at least twenty four hour notice upon cancellation so that that time can be offered to another patient.

Cell Phones
We ask that cell phones be kept on silent during your appointment time. If there is a reason that you need to be reached please alert the staff.

Timeliness
The staff and Dr. Acierno pride ourselves on ensuring each patient is scheduled with the aapropraite amount of time. As a courtesy to the staff and other patients we ask that you please call if you will be late for a scheduled appointment. On occasion an appointment will have to be rescheduled if there is not
sufficient time to complete treatment.

New Patients
Welcome!
New patients will recieve a complete comprehensive oral exam at their first appointment. The exam consists of charting, a periodontal exam, and x-rays.  As a courtesy to our staff and to ensure that each patient recives adequate time we ask that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete all forms. New patient forms can be downloaded in the forms/docs section.

Payment and Insurance
We gladly accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Below is a list of Dental Insurance Plans we participate in:
